Registration

Please review the sessions below and find the right one(s) for you. Even though some sessions are targeted primarily at beginners or intermediate students, the instructions are presented to be accessible to, and fulfilling for, all fitness levels, ages, and body types.

Click on the Register link.

The first time you register, click on the Newbie link on the Register screen). Enter your name and email address and choose a password. A verification code will be sent to you by email. Retrieve the code from your email to complete the registration.

If you want to try before you buy, stop after the initial registration and send me a note through the CONTACT US link and I will allocate session credits to your account.

Otherwise, continue to buy a subscription or package or make a donation.

On subsequent visits after you have been allocated the trial credits or have purchased a package or subscription, simply enter your email address and your password to log in. Then select the session you want to attend to reserve a seat in the class. Each class has a set limit of students.

Note that you have to register (book a seat) for each session you want to attend as places are limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
